As a result of the development process of our company, strongly wished and pursued by the management and our entire staff , we inform you that as of August 4, 2014 our company will transfer its head office and production
from: Villaga (VI) Via Villa 29 36020 (VI) Italy
to Sossano (VI) Via Carlo Cattaneo 19-25 36040 (VI) Italy
Nova Rotors Srl will continue to carry on its business until the end of July 2014 in the current facility in Villaga , at full capacity, while during the first week of August (week 32) we will be able to ensure shipments of replacement parts, but not of pumps, except for those being finalized in July.
In the two weeks 33 and 34 the company will be completely closed for the moving. Consequently we ask for your collaboration so that the discomfort will be minimal for all , anticipating as much as possible the placing of orders, or planning the delivery dates after the end of August.
Besides this little discomfort, we believe that a new company layout , combined with an improved production management will allow us to ensure and enhance the level of quality and service , which in recent years you have recognized us, thus increasing our mutual cooperation.
Company name, phone numbers , fax numbers and e-mail addresses as well as the operational and commercial management of the company remain unchanged.
We kindly ask you to take good note of the above and for any clarification should be needed we remain at your disposal inviting you to call us at our premises.

Gentili clienti e fornitori,
a seguito del processo di sviluppo della nostra azienda, voluto e perseguito fortemente dalla direzione e da tutto il ns. staff , Vi informiamo che a partire dal 04 agosto 2014 la nostra società trasferirà la propria sede sociale e produttiva
da Villaga (VI) Via Villa 29 36020 (Italy)
a Sossano (VI) via Carlo Cattaneo 19 -25 36040 (Italy)
Nova Rotors srl continuerà ad esercitare la propria attività fino a fine luglio 2014 nell’attuale stabilimento di Villaga, a pieno regime, mentre nella prima settimana di agosto (32) si potrà garantire le spedizioni di ricambi, ma non delle pompe se non quelle in fase di ultimazione a luglio.
Nelle due settimane 33 e 34 l’azienda rimarrà completamente chiusa per il trasloco. Vi chiediamo pertanto la vs. collaborazione affinché il disagio sia minimo per tutti, anticipando, nei limiti del possibile, l’invio tempestivo di ordini, o rimodulando le scadenze dopo agosto.
A fronte di questo piccolo disguido, crediamo che un nuovo layout aziendale, unito ad una gestione produttiva migliorata possa permetterci di garantire e accrescere il livello qualitativo e di servizio, che in questi anni ci avete riconosciuti rafforzando la ns. reciproca collaborazione.
Rimangono pertanto invariate la denominazione sociale, recapiti telefonici, numeri fax ed indirizzi e-mail cosi come la gestione operativa e commerciale dell’azienda.
